The story behind RomyBOX
When you’re getting ready to welcome a baby, all the attention is focused on the baby: you prepare the nursery, pick out clothes, and make lists of toys. But all too often, we forget the person at the heart of this major upheaval: the mother.
After going through it myself, I realized just how much the postpartum period hits like a storm. Between exhaustion, emotional ups and downs, and the intense physical demands of recovery, moms often find themselves rushing around to pharmacies to buy 15 different products, unsure of what to choose, when they should really just be resting.
A thoughtful cousin, who had also just had her first child a few months before me, gave me a little box with products she recommended I use for my postpartum recovery.
RomyBOX was born out of this experience.
It stems from a sincere desire to offer expectant mothers the perfect gift set that will reassure them as they dive into this wonderful yet unknown world. A ready-to-use, gentle, and open-minded set designed to make the so-called “fourth trimester” a little easier.

What does the name “RomyBOX” mean?
For at least 15 years, I’ve been certain of one thing: my daughter’s name will be Roxanne.
And since that’s not something you can choose, life has blessed me with two beautiful boys, and our family is now complete.
So, to honor the daughter I’ll never have, I’ve decided to name these boxes “Romy,” as a nod to Roxanne.
